The cover that Interviú magazine published in December 1993 is now impacting on Twitter, 28 years later, coinciding precisely with 25-N, International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.

That first flat, who has recovered journalist Carme Chaparro in an article published in Yahoo, reads a headline that stands out from the rest: "Spanish husbands kill more than ETA".And it is explained that "80 women die every year for ill -treatment".

In his text, Chaparro explains that when he saw that headline, in the kiosk of the Faculty of Journalism, he thought it was “a trap, crazy, a lie” and remember that this phrase said in an interview Ana María Pérez del Campo,that at that time she was president of the first Spanish association of "separate and divorced women".
