In recent years, international human rights instruments have been used to support and promote legal claims of persons and communities, so that national governments guarantee respect, protection and enjoyment of their rights to sexual healthand reproductive (Cook et al., 2003).Work definitions and programming framework presented here are based on internationally recognized human rights and offer an approach to formulation of sexual health programs based on rights.The main conceptual elements of sexual health are listed below.
